“One day of practice is like one day of clean living. It doesn't do you any good.” Abe Lemmons
Another terrific week of preseason practice! Our athletes are still working their way into peak shape, and we’re on track to be ready for our upcoming preseason meets. Now that time trials are behind us, we can shift more of our focus to field events, block starts, hurdles, and relay exchanges as we prepare for our first taste of competition this Thursday at Yorba Linda High School and Saturday’s quad meet against Crean Lutheran High School, Marina High School, and Westminster High School.
