“One day of practice is like one day of clean living.  It doesn't do you any good.” Abe Lemmons

Our first major track and field meet of the season took place this past Saturday.  Great conditions for our special team this past Saturday.  Decent weather given the time of year.  Followed by good competition from Crean, Marina and Westminster.  The new sesaon has our excitement high and of course produced some good early season marks.  Our field event athletes can attest to the vast improvement!
