WEEKLY NEWSLETTER

“I owe a lot to my parents, especially my mother and father”

Famous teenage quote??

Spring break has concluded and we had several athletes take advantage of the time away from school and focus on training.  We are entering the middle part of the season.  With only 3 weeks left on the track calendar our practices will focus on fine-tuning our fast twitch muscles to fire in the upcoming league finals.

This week we have a Thursday PCL meet at Woodbridge.  Then on Saturday we kick off the championship season at the Arcadia Invitational, Irvine DIstance Carnival and Irvine Sprint Jubilee.  All coaches look forward to seeing the athletes perform at a high level.  When you race against the top competition, it brings out the best in all athletes.  Don't be afraid to be in the fast heat.  Don't be afraid to compete against the best in your events.  Ask to be in these situations and I can promise personal best!!!!!!!

At the end of the spring break we had some special athletes compete in the TRABUCO HILLS INVITE
