This week we have our last PCL track meet against Portola and Rosary on Thursday. Both Portola and Northwood are undefeated in the Boys and Girls Varsity.. All coaches are look forward to seeing the athletes perform at a high level. When you race against the top competition, it brings out the best in all athletes. Don't be afraid to be in the fast heat. Don't be afraid to compete against the best in your events. Ask to be in these situations and I can promise personal best!!!!!!!
