WOW!!!!! What an exciting finish to our track season.  The energy level at the finals night was crazy with athletes from every school pushing themselves to high levels of athleticism. Good sportsmanship is always a positive environment.  Northwood HS athletes were no exception  We had several of our athletes break into the top 10 all-time records at NHS and qualified many of our athletes into CIF.

Our girls and boys 4x100 varsity relay victories started off the track meet with wins setting the tone of the rest of the night.  Our entire coaching staff is extremely proud of the efforts throughout the season given by our student-athletes.   AND we had FUN!!!!  Amazing to think its been over 18 weeks of our season!!!!!
