LEAGUE PRELIMS WEEK

Good luck this week as our season starts its championship process and we have the PCL Prelims on Friday.  Our athletes are ready to perform at a high level.  Trust in your training and go out and set a personal best.  We all have worked too hard and have saved the best for last!  Try to qualify into the finals, try to set a personal best, try to be a league champion, try to set a school record, try to qualify into CIF or simply have fun and compete with pride for NHS.  Each athlete should have goals on how to end the season and the coaches want you to achieve them this week.  Take the time to reflect on your efforts throughout the last 14 weeks and don’t forget to say thank you to our assistant coaches and your parents.  You all can do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PARENTS

Come out and support your athletes the next two weeks at the league meets.  We will have a plenty of space in the stands for all to cheer on our athletes.  For many it will be the last time this season to see your athlete in competition.  And for our senior athletes it very well could be the last time in an NHS uniform.  (Senior parents can explain just how fast 4 HS years pass.)   Have fun and hope to see you at the track meets.

MT SAC RELAYS RECAP

The MT SAC RELAYS was this past week which offered some of the best at track & field in the SOCAL.  Northwood performed awesome in the invite on Saturday and our coaching staff is stoked. NHS was well represented at a high level.
